ctruax82 asked:

I am currently going to the gym and eating right, so I can lose a 100+lbs. I am wondering what the best weight loss supplement would be for me. I am working out every day. I weigh 309lbs and badly need to drop it. And feel that 1 lb a week is going to take forever. Thank you for you help.
I have changed my caloric diet and i am losing weight. I just want to know the best supplement to help speed up the process.

Though diet pills are not healthy. I took stacker 2’s with food and they helped speed the process up a little along with diet and exercise. Also plenty of water. I swear by hot water and 1 fresh squeezed lemon wedge in the morning before I have anything else to eat or drink I heard this cleanes all the toxins from your body, helping you lose weight.

Think about that question for a second. It sounds like “What can I eat, to get thin?” And of course, the answer is, you shouldn’t be taking supplements, you should be changing your caloric balance.

It took you years to get this heavy, it’s going to take months or years to get thin. Sorry, but that’s the truth.

What you need is a low-glycemic diet, protein supplement or meal replacement packs, a multivitamin, and Omega-3. After that, it’s all up to what effort you put in at the gym.

Quit drinking soda pop. Drink more water. If you do have a soda, drink Diet Rite cola.

Ephedra is the best weight loss supplement. But in your case I would not recommend it. Wait until you’ve loss 90lbs then you should be good to go.

Congratulations on starting to take the initiative to get back in shape and become healthy again. You need both resistance and cardio exercise as well as proper eating (sounds like you are probably doing ok here) but supplements can help:

    - good supplements: thermogenic fat burners like Ripped Fuel 5x or Hydroxycut Hardore. these increase your metabolism and provide more energy for work outs. They help metabolize the fat when your body temperature rises (i.e. from working out). Follow the instructions, take a dose b4 your workout, and don’t exceed the recommended daily allowance.

I highly recommend the Acai berry product. I use it myself and have recommended it to family, friends, and even co-workers.

It seems like the best fit for you.

I lost more than 90 lbs without going to the gym or anything, just eat right and combine a good and solid fat loss program, the one I used is “fat loss to idiots” google for it or go here:

I think it’s the best even if you do go to the gym, they show you the best foods for fat loss and give you a great calculator to follow the proccess.

After all natural is allways better.

    Good luck anyway:)

There are some good articles posted here that explain how and why different types of weight loss supplements work. Once you understand how and why they work you should be able to determine the right one for you.

Try Caralluma Burn for your weight loss. This is an all natural plant which grows in several parts of the country and suppresses your appetite.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
